We knew it would happen, just not sure when. I can say that the pulse of the market here in Northern Delaware has increased. We have seen a substantial increase in buyers in the marketplace in the last 25 days. Not only are they coming out to look , they are buying too. I guess the word is finally out....it is a GREAT time to buy.
